1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total charter cost is required to confirm a booking.

1. In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances compromising charter safety, we reserve the right to cancel,reschedule or change initenary.
2. Customers will be notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure if a cancellation is necessary due to weather conditions.

1. Storms: High winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other severe weather conditions.
2. High Waves or Swells: Unusually high or rough sea conditions that could impact the stability of the vessel.
3. Fog: Dense fog that reduces visibility and increases navigational risks.
4. Lightning: Electrical storms that pose a direct threat to the safety of those on board.
5. Freezing Conditions: Extremely low temperatures that could lead to icy conditions and unsafe navigation.
1. Personal information, including names, contact details, and payment information, is collected solely for processing reservations and ensuring a personalized experience.
2. All customer data is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable charter experience, Nakas Blue RIB Charters is not liable for unforeseen events or damages beyond our control.
1. Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled charter time.
2. Customers arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their reservation, and no refund will be provided.
1. In case of government-imposed travel restrictions due to the COVID- 19 pandemic, customers will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
2. Customers experiencing symptoms or under quarantine orders related to COVID-19 should inform us for rescheduling or refund options.
